No bank name was given. apparently there were two transactions going through on my card, one for Amazon and another larger sum was an international money transfer. Called and offered to stop 100% of private and unknown callers for ?1.90 a month. They had some of our bank details and knowledge of our previous insurance cover of our sky box. When we refused to give bank details over the phone and we requested info to be posted, the caller refused. She gave a contact number and we then found this web site thankfully.
