02 Nov 2021 - An Indian guy rang my mobile from this number, knew my name. I asked where he was calling from but couldn’t understand what he said, put him on loudspeaker and asked again and no one in my office could understand what he said? This number was used to call me about by National Insurance Number. This must be a scam as National Insurance Office is not based in Manchester and they wouldn't call from a mobile number.

Called about 5 times this week regarding a minor accident I had 3 years ago, asking me to make false claims about an injury. Very aggressive in their approach, only way to get them off the line is to have an argument...going to report them to ombudsman
