called and left a voicemail for my mum (she owns the 3uk contract account for my phone)and asked her to call them back on the same number. seems a bit suspicious to me though because they have never called before even when we were behind on a payment, other people said all they hear is silence which wouldnt happen for official 3uk customer advisors calling people and the woman was barely understandable - she was obviously an indian call centre person

Obvious call centre noise background noise as soon as I answered, with a delay before anyone responded. My number has been ghosted, spoofed, cloned, call it what you will, it is not me, its probably scammers or cold callers, I will always leave a message if it was me who called and certainly wont hang up after two rings.

Called claiming I could claim PPI, as soon as I said I'd never taken out a loan/CC etc. he put the phone down. I've now blocked the number.
