I recieved a text message from this number, claiming to be from the post office about a parcel that had to be redelivered. Everything looks real except for the part that is asking me £2.10 for redelivery. The postoffice never ask money to redeliver a package. They say because of covid19 they wont leave a note anymore when they are at your door. That's a lie. Be careful!

This number called my elderly mums number, I answered, they said it was something to do with Windows then mentioned computer, I told them not to ring this number again that there was no computer at the property and to remove our number from their database, I was rudely informed that if they were to do that we would be charged, and they could ring as many times as they wished.

Unsolicited call to my mobile using my first name which I don t use! (which is only shown on electoral roll)The caller (male) was unprofessional telling me I have had a loan refused and am struggling with debt- UNTRUE on both accounts, he was bordering on being very rude so I cut short the call. Received call from this number claiming to be "The Preservation Advisory Service", saying that an article in the Telegraph had highlighted how additional home insulation could reduce air quality and that they offered a free air quality measurement service. When I asked which company he worked for, he said his manager would tell me after I had arranged a visit from them. I pushed for this and he hung up.

They text you and pretend you have missed a parcel (no information is given about the parcel.) then ask for postcode (any postcode you enter always comes up with same page about try to delivery today at 11:23.) the asks for personal data name address birth date and then ask for a small fee for redelivery and ask for bank card and bank account details.
