Today, the american accented voice was identified as 'Shirley' professing to be from our internet provider and saying that our computer had been 'compromised' from various countries and they needed to access our router to 'sort the problem'. Had 2 calls, including on my mobile after purchasing an electrical appliance. Thankfully I had read the earlier reviews and ignored the calls. As others have said, went with Boots as they normally have good customer service, but for this they should be ashamed of themselves & disassociate themselves from this company/practice.
