Telemarketing company acting on behalf of the RCNi (subsidiary of the Royal College of Nursing) - selling their products to customers. I had a call from this number the well spoken call handler had my name, email address, home address and membership number. Trying to sell me a product and asked for me my bank account number and sort code. Recorded message inviting me to press button 1 as my BT broadband had been hacked. Rubbish! I didn't bother pressing button 1. Seems a coincidence that a similar number ending 519 leaves messages that the Amazon Prime account has expired.

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. Wanted me to give further info on my PPI claim!I had nevermade any claim from them, never even heard of them; &told her I would never use any company who cold called me as they were illegally calling in the 1st instance.
