They phoned twice Fri 10/10/14. First call I answered but the line was dead i.e. Silent call. Second time I ignored in then 1471 said it was 01702 318818. Like "fed up" below when I rang it was a short message saying they were Independent Market Research then the call was cut off. Complained to FCO but they say there is nothing they can do at the moment.

This number continues to call me several times a day. I won t ring it back as it is a premium rate line

Was called whilst driving so did not pick up. Put the number in and saw this thread. Quite amusing when I saw who was ringing. Maybe they like to cause the accident? Thank you for your comments - I ve saved number under a rude name ha ha ha

This is an automated call about boilers. TPS makes no difference. Tried pressing 9 to no avail. Getting calls almost daily. When I called the number immediately after their call to me there was a message saying the number was temporarily not working.

At first I got quite scared when I started getting these calls. I have read a lot about telephone scams where they want to extract your financial data (Net banking PIN, Credit card details etc.) in the name of survey. For this reason I started declining calls from this number. Searching for the owner of this number on the web, I found out that this number belongs to a legitimate lead generation and lifestyle survey company named Simply Outbound. Tried to bombard me about investment products saying they are GE Markets but gave them my peace of mind till cutting the line, they do not even panic if exposed.
