Just took one of these calls. After reading from a script about a survey, they were polite enough to ask "Are you ready for the first question?". I replied "No!". They hung up :)

Notified me I may be struggling with unsecured debts! Sounds like a scam...

They now have a new number - 0800 4 11 88 99. Like many others I took out 3 years cover on a machine I no longer have. Tried cancelling over the phone but was informed I had to write in to obtain a refund. Did that a week ago but no confirmation of received so I tried phoning several times this morning but after seven minutes a voice says "Goodbye" and the call terminates. Judging from the ringing it is on a hunt group but nobody picks up. Looks like CAB is the next stop.

Had a call from this number, identified itself as Humberside Police to my call barring service but then cut off when I tried to answer. Line went dead when tried to recall. Called police, they had no record of anyone trying to ring my number nor did they recognise this 56677 number. Automated female voice thanked me for ordering from Amazon, advised that £399 had been deducted from my credit card and my iPhone 7 .... at which point I hung up.

Young guy called my mums home number (she s in her 70 s) and said that she had over paid money in to her bank and they needed to refund it and started asking for date of birth so she hung up. Be very careful with company! Avoid speaking to them!!!!
