A man called and said if I didn't press number 1 on my phone key pad my National Insurance number would be cancelled!!
call came through & was a call centre ,however as soon as I spoke they hung up, doing 1471 you actually get 01709276998 as the last callers number.
SCAM - The "Technical Department" calling about errors on my Internet
FRAUD. I nearly fell for it but they asked for the 12 digits of my card number and wanted a card reader to confirm I was me. ALWAYS CALL THE NUMBER ON THE BACK OF YOUR ACTUAL CARD FOR NATWEST.
When our answer phone started they hung up....

Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Have checked also different formats of this number, but no luck. Keep phoning looking for someone who doesn t live here. Keeps asking questions about that person, age, contact details etc; when told we dont know him, they get angry and abusive. Now we just hang up.
