Called me several times, insisting I had opted in. I used their website contact form to complain and to my surprise got a reply offering to tell me where they got my details, BUT for a fee of 10.00! They also said my numbers had been removed but they ve just called my mobile... They are now blocked. TPS/OFCOM/ICO are useless so long as these people can claim you have opted in. There needs to be a mechanism for checking and revoking opt-ins. Or better still make the default on all websites opt-OUT,

Called earlier today. Didn t pick up as I didn t recognise the number. Whomever it was didn t leave a message, I expect it was either the Amazon or Microsoft scam.

This was Tesco home delivery calling me to rearrange delivery slot.

Yawn - another cold call from someone whose services I have no interest in. And another cold call from someone when I m on TPS. If I had the patience, I d report the lot of them for breaking the law, but then I d be spending all my time filling in forms with the ombudsman.

PPI company trying to say I was owed thousands in unclaimed PPI. When I said not, the guy just talked over me, then put the phone down when I repeated myself slowly

Dropped what I was doing & raced downstairs to answer persistent call. Man with an unidentifiable accent garbled something against a cacophony of background noise sounding like the Call Centre from Hell. I asked him to repeat his sentence. He said " can I speak to the owner of the business?" Puzzled, I said " business?" At which point he rudely disconnected the call. No idea why he was asking about a business owner or why he decided not to tell me, or why he had decided on one word that the call wasn t wort

Caller had rough Mancunian accent. He told me I had been hurt in a car accident & could claim compensation for me.

Just ignore .hopefully one day they will get fed up :)

Got a call from this number on my mobile. Said I d been in an accident. No I haven t. I reckon they just dial numbers at random. I say this because only my family know my mobile number and I won t give it out to ANYONE else. They didn t even know my name or where I was from or where the accident happened or what car I was supposed to have been driving or what time of day or the date it was supposed to have happened. Lots of background noise then somebody eventually said Hello then hung up. Did a search on the number and it has been reported on several sites for pretending to be various energy companies.
