This is a computer scam. I played along in order to waste their time and to get insight into their methods. There is a warm-up act and a main act to follow. Their first tactic is to say they will cut off your computer unless you cooperate. I received a call from this number on my US Colorado phone number. Must be reaching to extend their phishing calls.

This is Boots trying to sell directly. Boots use automated dialing and will call every day. If you pick up you ll get music until Boots have a sales guy available. If you hang up boots will just call again. You cannot call them back (its a machine). Boots will never stop calling you, even if you ask them. The only way to make them stop is not buy againthing from Boots or Boots.com. If you have done, your screwed.

Called today, the lady was polite but had incorrect information about my work history. Said my number had been given through Reactive Media - another company that is rated untrustworthy - no idea how they got my number (I am on TPS).
