rang me 2 days ago asking me to complete a survey based on services I had used before, I politely asked for them to remove me from their contact list and they hung up. had another call from them again today, lady was very rude, told me that if I completed the survey I would not be contacted again. I explained I had already asked to be removed from the list and informed her I did not want to complete the survey. I asked not to be contacted again as I was not interested and she ended the call saying she would
SCAM / SPAM called me saying it was about a car accident, when I said I hadn't been in one there was a long pause before they asked me if I'd been in any other kind of accident or if a family member has, I hung up
saying they are from talktalk and they have "detected problems with my router". Every time they ring the number changes slightly so you can t tell they ve rung before. I am heartily fed up with these people. Each time I report the scam number to talktalk on their website. Don t know if it does any good but its worth a try.
