This number is connected to a computer security con – ignore and block. The Company names they give are Web Security Global, Microsoft 24 Security Support and Web Expert Security – ALL ARE non-existent. These callers are persistent, aggressive and thoroughly unpleasant. They have been reported to Trading Standards and to the Police.

I have BT guardian which asks callers to announce who they are before I answer. Most sales calls hang up at that point, this one didn't. Lovely lady explained that I could have a half hour appointment to check energy efficiency of my home and advise of any improvements. I made the appointment. Very polite young man called Adam arrived, checked the loft and roof, looked around, discussed my energy payment per month. The information given was useful, nothing to sign, no sales pitch. I would have no worries.

Did some digging and found this warning on facebook: *ATTENTION SMALL BUSINESSES* Had a call from this company earlier today, trying to sell me advertising space on GP surgery appointment cards... Tried a free app called call zapper today! I m sure there s loads similar ones available too! Answer silently (you have to be somewhere quiet!) then press home button and really quickly open the app then hit the FAX button and it plays the fax tone down the line to them! Let s see if it results in my number being deleted from their database! Give it a try and post up here how you get on!! PS It s not my app or anything (!) just sharing something I hope will work! JL
Received an abandoned call on 22/03/2023. I called back and they immediately knew my name as they could see my number (despite it being withheld). After much persuasion on my part, they told me they were DIRECT AFFINITY EUROPE and had been given my details by a Hull motor dealer (D.M. Keith) to chase a 'lost sale'. But I had told D.M Keith that my number should never be passed to any third party!

It gives you a link to click on, pretending to be Royal Mail. Why would anyone click on an unknown link, it is defo not Royal Mail, I checked with them.

I was called from this number but only got a dialling tone when I answered. Checking the number on other sites, I found it had been reported as dangerous by a number of people.

This company phoned after my accident with all my details claiming to be an assessor. They didn't answer inbound calls!!!!
TAXES / HMRC I just had an automated call from this number where the voice tried to scare you that you are investigated on tax and you will be arrested shortly if you don't speak with the HMRC officer (which they offered to connect with after pressing one).
