Indian man, after giving an English name,says he is calling from BT Technical Dept.I know that there is no such Department within the BT organisation!!I said goodbye and put the phone down!! It is High time BT themselves did something about this type of call as it has been going on for a very long time.Do not be fooled, it is a SCAM which potentially will relieve you of large amounts of your money!!

The 0161 354 XXXX nos. have also been used with the 'HMRC lawsuit' scam, so any bets it's the same gang of scammers?

An asian sounding gentleman rang from this number, said has name was Daniel, and that he would only take up a minute of my time, and then wouldn t bother me again. He knew my name and postcode. I asked what it was all about, as I wouldn t give any information until then. He hung up.

Southwest water advising via a sms messaging that there is a problem with water in area, Do not help themselves as say message comes from another number, speak so fast it is impossible to get it down, abd also the website sounds like it is Luigi something, had 3 calls one recorded second one they didnt play message and third i managed to listen to,,some credibility as no water for nearly 6hours today

An Ideal World connection buy from them and you get pestered to death by this number ringing, used to it so just ignore it but they keep trying.

I get a call at least twice a week and I m sure it s the same company as well but I ve never had ppi claim thing, but when you call the number back it says something about claiming a delayed holiday fight. I ve not been on holiday for over 11 years. I ve repeatedly asked for my number to be taken off the system. But when I ask for the company s name or to speak to the manager, they hand the phone up. Second call received from John at computer maintenance. First time when I told him that there wasn t a computer at this number he hung up, hoped this would deter further calls. But following day different time he phoned again told him that still didn t have computer and wanted to be taken off their database at which point he hung up. Waiting to see if they ring again.
