SCAM - Just had a call saying they were contacting me about upgrading my phone, so I wasn't best pleased about being disturbed when I'm not feeling well with a very heavy cold. I knew it was a scam straight away as there was no link to my existing provider, so I informed the caller of that and told him to "Bu**er off"! Suggest others do the same.

I get calls from this number almost everyday including Sundays. I even got a call tonight at 7.45pm they never leave a message. It really is harassment, it shouldn t be allowed

Tells me I have been identified has having and industrial injury and wants to act on my behalf. I have never had such an injury. The caller uses a Merthyr Tydfil dialling code but on interrogation turns out to be a call centre in Liverpool. I explain I am a member of TPS and don t wont to be cold called. "Hannah", asking me to confirm if I d been in an accident that wasn t my fault, as her records said I had. Pressed her for where the report came from and she eventually answered with something I can t remember. Continually pressed "her" for the name of the person she was trying to reach, but just kept asking the same question. Eventually I told her no accident and she said my details would be removed from the list.
