Had email supposedly from EE saying that I have an outstanding balance on my account. Gave this contact number 03301231105 which is a mobile number from unknown network. First glance email looked genuine. Dirty scam.

Salesman, rang 14 times today, every 20 minutes When I answered it was actually someone in Bangladesh in a call centre saying my PC has a virus! Block!
Fraud - claimed to be welsh government doing a survey on employment but the gov know my household is not employed due to sickness and being a full time carer The only companies are HMRC and DWP you should speak to, and they rarely call you without a letter to inform. Or, a letter reccomending to call them to resolve an issue. DO NOT TRUST. They will try collecting personal information.

Called this morning. I do not know anyone in Leeds. Caller was a woman with an (Indian?) accent. Caller told me that I needed debt. A weird call, caller did not use my name, identify herself or tell me why I needed debt.

Really annoying silent phone call to my mobile. If someone has misdialed then at least apologise and then hang up, don’t leave it open for 5-8 seconds on a silent call then cut it off. Not even a mobile number which they usually are.

Not sure tried to call it back and its saying they are but I did call the acutal British Passport office and they have told me that this number is FRAUD! so do not give any information of yours! to 02038597401 this is a fraudulent number. SCAM. Indian accent, hectic indian call centre background, typical scammers, they said they recieved word this morning from the UK government that I was in debt. They failed to provide my full name, my address, or any information as to how they got my number other than 'from the government' It's a bit funny because they tried this last month as well off a different number when the government contacted their office to get in contact with me that morning too, they know nothing but your number and partial name
