Pretended to be from telephone preference service. When I asked if he was from same people who used to claim to be from Microsoft, he hung up.

Called and offered to stop 100% of private and unknown callers for ?1.90 a month. They had some of our bank details and knowledge of our previous insurance cover of our sky box. Cold called by 01212885519 on 4/5/2016, caller said they were phoning regarding an accident by a member of my family. Despite repeated requests for their company name, she merely stated she was the Accident department . Told her she had the wrong number and she hung up.
