I ve had a couple of missed calls from 0845-0401256 on Wed 2nd Aug 17). I tried calling it back on my work phone (Skype) but the call wouldn t connect as the number isn t in service. Very dodgy if you ask me!

I received a call from a man who himself as an employee of Consumer Helpline - spent Reactive Media. Supposedly I would have paid a lot of money, which would be paid back to me now. I asked him to whom exactly I should have paid the money and just hung up.

They just phoned my elderly father-in-law on his land line and luckily my husband had just arrived at the house when they phoned. They told him that they were the National Crime Agency and that there had been fraud on his bank account. just answer and play along....tell them to hold for a sec while u get ur documents and then just sit ur phone down and continue with wat u wer doing....this will at least cost them a few quid...
