Man claiming to be from Premier Telecom in Kent. It could very well be fraudulent but if genuine they certainly did not bother to check the telephone preference service register. Best course of action is to ignore all cold calls every time.
a lady and a man called me repeatedly on my direct office line asking to speak to the HR director. Politely asked them to email him and arrange a telephone conversation. Received another calls after that call. Going to ignore from now on.

Answered call on my landline to hear recorded message allegedly forwarded from BT to say that my broadband and telephone line are to be disconnected.
