Some person claiming to be from o2 offering me a 40% discount on my monthly phone bill.......due to covid 19!!!! I played along for a couple of minutes & they sent text message codes which someone could genuinely assume was from o2 as they had security warnings advising not to give the code out etc but when I said I was going to run her through some security questions & asked her the 1st line of my address they hung up. Lady with a Swedish accent phoned my number asking for my daughter by her full name. I said that is my daughter what is this about? She then went on to ask if we know about the european laws reguarding crypto currency and I realised it was probably a scam and hung up to google the number and found it listed 6 times on a swedish number look up website.

SCAM Called today around 1.15 pm, supposedly about our Sky Internet connection. I asked for his name (Sam) and where he was located (he carried on asking about our broadband connection). I asked him where he was located again to which he replied, "Oh f**k you!" and he put the phone down.
Number called for roughly 3 seconds and disconnected the call before I could pick up.
DON'T call the idiots back. It's just what they want you to do!

I self registered my details as a saleable commodity With a prohibitive high cost for non authorised use for commercial gain. I have now invoiced them for this amount. Lets see what they do now!
