Again as previous comments, said his name was Micheal and that the TalkTalk router was down loading malicious virus and can I open up my computer. I said I would switch off the router and he hung up. This is the second time they have called

They would not give any information out over the matter or even give me my own door number or year of birth - my check to see if it is a cold call. This is Warner marketing company. Line stayed silent but called back and the message stated Warner and that it was regarding taking part in a marketing survey.

Obvious call centre noise background noise as soon as I answered, with a delay before anyone responded. A constantly annoying recorded message which starts of by saying "this is an urgent message...." I just hang up but as we have two phone lines, it then rings in using...

How do we stop this unjustified, annoying, harrasing type of call? They should be punished punitively and the money paid to those who receive their nuisance calls.
