I have used them and always been happy but over 3 days ive had over 20 calls. would put me off ever using them again!! my insurance wasnt even up! Caller stated that I or my husband had completed their medical information sheet within the last 12/18 months, which we had no knowledge of. He then went onto what aches and pains we suffer with, as this was part of their survey. Again we asked how they had our ex-directory telephone number, which he refused to answer. He was very persistent and we are concerned of a confidentiality breach of our personal medical information. We subsequently visited reviews of their website and comments about this companies

This was the latest false number used by the criminals to tell me I needed to co-operate with them because my internet connection was failing - after four similar calls (all using different numbers) yesterday. I was busy. This call did not get answered.
