Got the same call today from an Indian woman called "Jennifer Janet" (like f*ck)stating I had viruses. She would fix them and also upgrade my internet service! (ha ha). I played along with her until she asked me to press certain buttons on my keyboard. I pretended to do so, and when she asked "what message is displayed", that is when I tore into her calling her a scamming Indian ****** and to f*ck off! she hung up! Possible SCAM / SPAM said they were from Domestic and General about my expired washing machine warranty. Indian sounding woman with very little grasp of the English language though.
Called me today regarding an motoring accident last year which has been concluded. I asked them to remove me from their database and not to call again. I ve had a further 4 calls in the last 4 hours from them, one was the original operator. Total harassment from this company and reported to the ICO.
