Obtained my details inc address following a small car accident. Gave me some story about the other guy putting in a claim for whiplash and said I could also claim. I told them ( after a fair few discussions) that I simply had no claim to make whatsoever. When I was put through to a "Senior Claims Manager" I told him the same. Originally I contacted them from a referal from my sister as they contacted her about a video games tester job which applied more to me. They called me back within 20mins which was strange and then never let up. I thought they were sketchy from the start o talking to them, again some indian guy with bad connection, and would call 3-4 times day plus sending emails about his job offer, I didnt know anything about them apart from some company name so I searched it and found this!!

Accidentally answered this. Recorded msg supposedly HMO threating a warrant being issued! I had to click on 1 to be put through to the office. Needless to say I hung up!!

up to 15 calls a day getting really hacked off.. sometimes calling 3am always different accent different names give ie gas company insurance sales etc etc. but always same number.. whoever it is can f****k off and leave me alone

Phoning persistently over the past few days from different numbers. Some kind of survey scam, but they hang up as soon as you deviate from script. If they call, don t give away any personal info: don t even confirm your name. Instead, try to politely find out their company name and address. Then send details to offcom / TPS / your MP etc (perhaps with a similar level of persistence?), until someone does something. It s just an idea. Good luck!

This caller Disguised number as local (01227) our area, no voice, suspect robo caller - a hang up call, we are a business I have to answer "local" numbers... incidentally I had a lady from "BT" call me yesterday and very calmly bullishly tell me they were upgrading our line to increase speed (I have nothing to with BT ever, not een a line, "Oh Great! These guys will claim that they are trying to close your file if you have had a car accident but all they are doing is phishing for more personal details. Told them I was speaking to my solicitors about them which hopefully will prevent further calls. They do not really help their cause for if you ring the number back an automated message says that it was a marketing call and you will be contacted again later. Idiots.

Hard to hear call apparently about an accident I had recently. I ended the call.
