SP replied to DM Scottish Power with their number and they would remove from dialar. S P s admission it s their number ! Will S P remove their number ? Phoned out blue, saying following up a previous enquiry I’d made once about investments. Said not a sales call but called themselves ?BT Marketing? I’m currently looki at investments. So let the call run. Pleasant polite lady. Asked if they could pass my details onto a tech investment firm, to send me more info. I felt extra info may be useful, so gave permission. However, contact info they had for me was a very old email address. She reassured me they would not pass my details to anyone else. (We’ll see).

Received a call 16/10/19, and was immediately suspicious since it was from a mobile phone, and he sounded like a two-bit barrow boy or a second hand car dealer from the Essex/London border. Tried to get me into a conversation, and made a joke about my last name so I terminated the call.

Non English caller from sky about security on broadband. He hung up when technically questioned about this.

They now have a new number - 0800 4 11 88 99. Like many others I took out 3 years cover on a machine I no longer have. Tried cancelling over the phone but was informed I had to write in to obtain a refund. Did that a week ago but no confirmation of received so I tried phoning several times this morning but after seven minutes a voice says "Goodbye" and the call terminates. Judging from the ringing it is on a hunt group but nobody picks up. Looks like CAB is the next stop.

I did have a minor knock 1 year ago and I keep being hassled by them and told that if I don t claim 2 - 3 thousands pounds the 3rd party will, against me. will talk to my insurers and I will continue to ignore them.

Call something to do with telephone preference service. Difficult to understand strong Indian accent. Knew my address too. Told him to phone back and speak to husband.

This number has come up several times and each time I answer they hang up. Who ever you stop it. I ain't going to call you back !
