It seems its a scam as they called me as a car insurance company asking my bank card details for payming without sending me an email or post for the contract details!

SCAM - I am getting this number call daily. I answered it today and a woman with a heavy Indian accent, told me she was from the Technical Department at Sky. Her report told her that suspicious activity was happening with my Sky router, but she could help me. I asked how how that could be, given I don't have Sky.... the line went silent

He was very aggressive asking me if I had claimed any money from the accident as it obviously was not my fault ( Never been in an accident ).Continued to ask if I had claimed for my accident getting even more aggressive. Caller asked to speak to person who wasn t in. Told to phone again after 6pm (4 hours away). Received 2 further calls from this number within 30 minutes of original call so caller obviously doesn t listen.

So far in the past week I have had 13 calls from these people. Thankfully I have a CPR Call Blocker fitted on my phone line, so now I don t even hear the phone ring. They do seem to be very persistent though. Hopefully they will realise soon they aren t going to get anywhere with my number and give up.

Seems to have a database out with data protection laws/ no protection from GDPR, and information shared or sold by others. Cold called without permission, TPS not checked and seems to use a mass computer calling system as have had lots of dead calls from same number.
