New my name said they were NHS asking about COVID had I had any symptoms in last few days. Had I had COVID jab How did I feel afterwards Then life insurance because of COVID they were giving me something free. I said I would check with my doctor ,got annoyed with me and shouted I said I NHS would not ring me about insurance .He hung up.This was very clearly an Indian speaking male.

I can see why this has received negative feedback, after you get past the first idiot whose only job is to get money no matter what you will get transferred to BT, I made them aware of the situation which will go through to their customer support. Like everything this service is out sourced so treated like debt collectors. Not SCAM, so all ok as of Sept 26th 2016
Constantly calling asking for my partner on my personal phone, unsure how they ve got my number and his name but it s beginning to fuck me off. Caller says he / she is from Amazon and would like to auto renew prime subscription. Then asks you to turn on your computer and to allow them to connect. I kept them going for a while, then asked their name and a contact number - they hung up. It was an indian accent.
