Claims to be from British Gas billing - says to please any key to hear important information about you bill. This is most likely a scam.
As of writing, 3 different numbers tried to call me today (020 8956 2943, 020 8956 2230 and 020 8956 2601). They all start with 020, I don’t know anyone who owns those numbers, maybe the same individual is using different numbers to call me. Likely a fraud and now it’s harassing.

I am getting regular silent calls from this number even though I am registered with the TPS. I have now tracked them down and the number belongs to a supposedly reputable charity fundraising organisation. I say supposedly reputable since no genuinely reputable company would make such a nuisance of themselves, especially on TPS registered numbers. SCAM / SPAM Phone call supposedly from BT stating that router had been hacked and asked to go to PC. When i asked for my BT account number the caller hung up.
