I ve received 17 calls in 48 hours, sometimes within minutes of each other! I ve threatened to use another provider which has triggered these calls, but even so, that s ridiculous and they never leave a message. I ve emailed them to tell them I will only converse with them via email as I m sick of being insulted by their foreign call centre workers! NEVER call unknown numbers back. If you do so, you may be calling a Premium Rate or International number which will incur a very large charge on your bill.

Or as I also suspect as the company .br is for Brazil. They may even manage to get your call transferred from the UK telephone number to Brazil at your expense.
