These people keep calling me to contact someone who has never lived at my address and have consequently never been on my phone number, no matter how many times I tell them this they refuse to take my number from their records. They are parasites feeding on the backs of peoples misfortune. It should be made illegal to sell on debts, the companies that are stupid enough to lend to someone who has given them a false phone number should be made to bear the debt and any costs and responsibilities of recovery. Just received a call from an Asian gentleman called Alex Carter claiming to be from BT and saying I have a problem with my IP/internet connection. Told him I am not with BT as they are useless but he insisted that all other providers use BT and it was up to them to sort out and stop all these other people using my internet I just need to start up my computer and allow their technician access to fix! Told him I was too busy and asked him for a telephone number for me to call back when convenient to me. He e

this company continuously calls and now is using several different numbers to try catch you out

Called saying he was from Microsoft and I had a problem with my computer. When I repeatedly asked why he was calling he became very abusive. Caller had an Asian accent but knew some very offensive English words! I informed the police.

Anyone know who this would be? Presume some scam.

They called advising I had not had my free pension yet. I asked where they got my name and telephone number from, she said a data base. The phone is not registered in my name and I only give a phone number to my insurance companies etc.

Just called me at work saying it was about life insurance I explained I was at work and they hung up. Odd as I never give my work number out so don't know how they got it
