received answering message on mobile phone saying correct name and asking call back to the number regarding banking. Did not mention bank s name. Called back but no answer. SPAM???

Caller claimed to be from Serif UK, the software company. They wanted to do a survey, and when I told them I don t do surveys over the phone, nor do I confirm details someone claims to have about me, they slipped up and said they wanted to do a survey about my household finances, not the sort of thing Serif does. I regularly speak to Serif on other matters and never had this kind of conversation with them. I reckon they were out on a Phishing trip, but they didn t get even a nibble from me.

As everybody else said, an indian man called with lots of background noise claiming to be from Talktalk. He said there was a problem with the internet running slowly. Had I noticed this? I realised it was a scam and thought I d play along for a little. He asked if I had a PC or laptop so I lied and told him that I only had a tablet. That seemed to throw him a bit so he kept asking whether I had a desktop. I told him I had a laptop but not with me at the moment so he said he d call back and wanted to know wh

Pretending to be from Santander, left automated message with a code to phone back with! Scam call! Blocked!

Called at 2.36am today,fortunately we did not hear the phone ring and will certainly not call back after reading these comments.

Spam text message regarding alleged miss selling of PPI insurance. Usual stuff about records having been passed to them indicating that I am owed ?x.

No idea how they got my number as I am very tedious about sharing data. I believe they obtained it illegally. She said they had heard I had been in a car accident! Random harassment call.

Was from a company trying to sell my business cheaper overseas parcel post, that's as far as a got as most of my business is UK based
