Claimed to be from credit card fraud department. Automated message saying a charge of over one hundred pounds has been made on my card from Amazon, also a foreign transaction of over one thousand pounds. Asked me to press buttons to authorise or talk to an advisor. Total scam.

This number (recorded message) is wrongly claiming my debit card has been compromised. Also, it has plagued my 96-year old mother who gets quite upset about it.

Received automated call after attempting to make a payment with my card which was refused. Automated voicemail left this number to call. This number is for the Fraud line call centre in Sunderland. I was wary at first about giving details and voiced this but service advisor said if worried not legit to call number on the back of my card and will be put through to them (not pressured into giving any security info at all). SCAM Call starts with an automated message telling you that there is an arrest warrant out for you for underpaid tax and tax fraud. Continued the call to confront whoever initiated the call, and it follows through to an Indian call centre purporting to be HMRC. Do not give any details to these scammers!
