02082669168 this is a scam number about cover for a washing machine, as soon as i queried it, the guy called James hung up on me.
SCAM. A guy calling me by my first name, started a conversation about Trading. And I asked him if he's ever Wolf of Wallstreet. And he said NEVER MIND, GOOD DAY and hung up. Probs looking for suckers to buy something and then make a commission from the loss.
Called just now about my accident "Sometime in the last 3 years". Couldn t tell me when the accident was, nor which insurance company it was. When I asked to speak to a manager they hung up.

Said she was from Autodesk or AutoCAD and was looking to speak to accounts as license was due to expire. As we don't use Autocad i got suspicious, then she asked if she was speaking to a certain company, of which i didn't know. This may have been a genuine call where they phoned the wrong company or could have been a scam to try and get a payment. As Autodesk now use 3rd party account managers then you would normally know the person calling you and they would be using the correct names.

Spam call about first page listings on Google, when I explained we were already on the first page for the search value he was offering he actually had the gall to argue with me about it. Liar and scammer. Don't waste your time picking up. Also who in their right mind calls a business to speak to the owner and is hesitant when you ask for a reason why to give you one? Broad Indian accent, difficult to understand but the general gist I got was he wanted my details so he can save me 30-40% off my bill. Had to press for details on what bill he was saving me money on, he stammered and, almost like he was guessing, said my O2 mobile phone bill. Nobody in this house has any O2 devices so be safe - don't give these scumbags any details. Block the number, maybe work out some of your anger by screaming abuse at them as I did.

Indian call center claiming to be O2 and offering me a 30% discount but also asking me to verify that I'm the owner of the phone by text even though they called me. They also wanted me to tell them how much I was paying per month so that they could discount it, if they are from O2 then why would they not know how much I'm paying already? It's a scam, clearly. No matter how much he tried to persuade me otherwise.
