SCAMScam. 'Christopher' from an 'accident claims line' regarding an accident on (correct date) that was 'not your fault'. This is around the 10th call in a month using same script from different numbers (all now blocked). Other numbers had reports describing similar calls, supposedly to settle claim for percentage of settlement. No mention of my insurance carrier. SCAM automated message, says you have committed a tax fraud and an arrest warrant has been issued!
Caller claimed she was from BT and that other people were using my internet line. She wanted me to test something using my computer. She knew one of my email addresses, but not the one provided by BT. She gave daft or evasive answers to my questions. This appears to be a scam with the aim of getting me to provide personal details or perhaps remote access to my computer.

Rang me three times this week asking for Mr Woodward. Told them wrong number the first time. The third time she started saying well this call may be of interest to you. I told them no it isn t. At no point did they introduce themselves.

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily.
