The number is a marketing company using automated surveys i.e recorded messages with press button that for this and press button this for that type responses. In my case, the survey related to using a NatWest service where I had supposedly contacted a NatWest call agent to discuss some aspect of my bank account. I was contacted by U Legal some months ago. The lady was very slick on the phone and stated that they had good reviews online. As soon as she mentioned payments I stopped the process as any decent company will take fees from what they claw back for you. I then checked them online and sure enough it was a complete scam! When they called back I told the woman that if anyone else called it would be treated as harassment and would be forwarded to the Police for investigation under the Protection From Harassment
