Phoned 14h00 GMT 05/02/20 claiming to be on behalf BTOpenreach. Had I noticed slow broadband speeds; were my modem lights flashing; what colour were they? AT this point I told him (male, Indian/Asian accent) That I thought he waas wastng my time. I heard him shouting at me as I was hanging up.

Recorded English voice telling me that "according to their records" I had a previous accident claim or medical malpractice claim etc. I pressed no buttons and hung up. We re on TPS but this company clearly ignores that. Will report to ICO.

this person called used the name of the person who answered ( my dad ) and when he questioned who he was the caller slammed the phone down.. re trace gave the number of 01271 42169 but when we rang it back it says it doesnt exist. I received a call from a man who himself as an employee of Consumer Helpline - spent Reactive Media. Supposedly I would have paid a lot of money, which would be paid back to me now. I asked him to whom exactly I should have paid the money and just hung up.
