Victims of the scam were then asked to call a number to "resolve" the issue. "This is a scam. Young guy called my mums home number (she s in her 70 s) and said that she had over paid money in to her bank and they needed to refund it and started asking for date of birth so she hung up. Be very careful with company! Avoid speaking to them!!!!

Caller identified himself as Reid from Reactive Media. Said he was calling about an overpayment on a (non-existent) loan between two arbitrary dates. When asked for details he couldn t give any and when pushed further he hung up.

Rings constantly pretending to be talk talk. As an X talk talk customer I have challenged them on this and the caller will just go quiet and hang up. Often I just hang up and sometimes they will ring straight back and hang up on me - as if almost to get back at me!! Will not stop calling. Need reporting
