Called me today on house phone asking if it was spec savers when I said no they hung up

I was charged ?18 in June and a further ?30 in July for a series of texts (?6 per texts) on my mobile bill. EE, who is my mobile provider said they could not refund me the charges as they were from a 3rd party for services such as an entry in a prize draw, or a game download, which apparently I had requested, and as such they could not refund the charge. I have been receiving several calls a week from this number to my mobile phone, home number and office number. They either say they are from "Trading Banks" or a market research company in Taiwan.
