Tells you to download team viewer app from play store/ Apple store and then asks you for the id number. They will try to block your device and charge you to unlock it. When I stated I use virgin he saud by can fix the virgin technical problems too. If I had a problem I would ring my provider which was none of the ones I have mentioned here.

SCAM I don't know who this company is but they are ARSEHOLES. I answered, they asked to speak to *my name*, I said "who's calling" , they said "good afternoon *my name* I'm Alex how are you today?" , I said "which company are you and why are you calling me?"
