SCAMScam. 'Christopher' from an 'accident claims line' regarding an accident on (correct date) that was 'not your fault'. This is around the 10th call in a month using same script from different numbers (all now blocked). Other numbers had reports describing similar calls, supposedly to settle claim for percentage of settlement. No mention of my insurance carrier. Presumably date of accident & my mob number were disclosed by someone with access to insurance carrier's online form for reporting accide

Can?t be trusted in my opinion. My family has nothing to do with and no connection what so ever with London, England where this number comes from. This number from England, called my under aged childs phone number. I would not recommend anyone to answer.

SCAM - a recorded message claims to be from the fraud squad at HMRC. I just hang up & have blocked the number.

Saw the random number and predicted immediately it would be an insurance scammer. Sure enough, English sounding girl on the phone asking about recent accident. There was a recorded announcement of two misuses of my credit card (one of them Tesco). No mention of who was calling. A recorded announcement asked me to "press 2 and hold" to speak to customer service. A male voice with a strong foreign accent then asked me for my personal details. When asked what bank he was from the phone went dead.
They had my name but stopped speaking mid-sentence before they said where they were from and then hung up. I heard call centre noise after they stopped speaking.
