Advertising Scams. Try to get you to place ads on non existent magazines etc. Pretend to record calls so do not agree to anything. Used to use withheld numbers but now resorting to mobiles to get round call blocking.

Crackly line, called at 7pm saying I d been in a car accident that wasn t my fault (which isn t true), someone called Natasha, couldn t get the name of the company even after asking twice. She hung up as soon as I started speaking with "No..." Annoying disruption of my evening!!

Called concerning my gas boiler - told them I was registered for Telephone Privacy - they responded with I had completed a survey - when I asked them not to tell me lies and remove my number - response - "jog-on" - everyone is entitled to earn a living - but where are we as a society when we permit this kind of cr...p to interrupt our lives - these companies should receive fines for every unwanted call made.

Fake number so definitely a scammer. These calls use spoofed numbers but originate outside the UK. The scammers can spoof any number they want. Block the number on your phone...

This caller Disguised number as local (01227) our area, no voice, suspect robo caller - a hang up call, we are a business I have to answer "local" numbers... incidentally I had a lady from "BT" call me yesterday and very calmly bullishly tell me they were upgrading our line to increase speed (I have nothing to with BT ever, not een a line, "Oh Great! Heard sounds of a call centre when I picked up phone. Someone started to speak but the line then went dead. It was a typical call from scammers multi calling.

First call. I can t find them on companies house. Was a survey about a recent RTA then they can close my claim down. He was adiment it wasn t a nuisance call. I asked him who my insurer was. He couldn t answer funny how he was calling on behalf of them. Terminated the call and is now on my block list.
