Indian male called me regarding computer equipment he said I had pre ordered to the tune of over £1000. From Amazon I never made any ordered. Highly dangerous scam.
Apparently won £750 voucher from Tescos obviously bogus and a scam. Didn't click link or do scything but block it. Some day people may not fall for this rubbish.

Some oriental male purporting to be calling from o2 - "Hello, this is Adam, I'm calling from o2, how are you today?" I did not respond so there was a long pause, so I ask if he was going to continue, he put the phone down. I recently changed from o2. I've seen this with others, it would seem either o2 are selling our information to others, or potentially has staff exploiting their systems and our personal data.

Texted me claiming they were DPD and told me to click on a suspicious link because apparently there was a problem with my order (which I never placed) and ive never used DPD before.

Call about a motor vehicle accident I had and said I had a compensation payment waiting for me - they would not give more details or say who they were acting on behalf of.

Quantum AI scam binding number. Refusal to follow guidelines of the law and making it impossible to remove yourself from call lists. This is the main hub number they use but you will get spammed.
Credit card/bank account scam. Recorded message stated unusually high values transactions had occurred. Did a quick online check of my accounts and there were no such transactions.

Definitely spam. Claimed to be Amazon about a purchase valued at £790. I have NOT made such a purchase and I did NOT press 1 to speak to an Amazon representative.
What an insistence, it turns out to be boring.
Called this morning, automated message saying my amazon prime account was due for renewal, very hard to believe as I don't have a amazon prime account. I hung up before the end of the message.
After what has been an horrendous and traumatic experience of accruing debt due to my account not being updated properly after a house move from over a year ago, I actually spoke with an amazing lady at Scottish Power this evening, her name is Rehan, employee number E896050. Rehan listened, was patient and understanding, she provided relevant feedback with clear a explanation and was so courteous and professional! SCAM Cold call from John of the equity team claimed changes to equity release scheme, wanted to ask me questions to see if I was eligible 'phishing' said I wasn't interested, he said I didn't need to be at this stage I then said he had cold called and it was illegal he said that wasn't right. I repeated he was a cold caller and I wasn't interested. He remained polite but realised he was getting nowhere. I withheld my number and rang 01970607568, it rang, then automated voice, number not accepting calls.

They said they were HMRC and would take legal action on a generated voice.
Seems like a scam. Rings but no one at the Rotherham end of the line. Beware!

This number calls me two or three times at about 10 minutes intervals. It never leaves a message. It also seems to be associated with another number 07482876440 which calls with the same pattern. Clearly these numbers are from someone who knows that I do not want to speak to them. Otherwise they would leave their details.

Call centre background with a delay in them picking up. They hung up after I answered as a business.
