Have had several cal;ls but I never answer tyjhose that I do not the number of but it is annoying, unsolicited and basically harrassment. I can see why older people get snagged up with these things and end up well out of pocket.This is the type of thing that government should be legislating about and force mobile phine and landline operators to bar numbers from using their networks - reason why they dont? perhaps people in government make money out of it - maybe?

Just had a call from Sky on 08000561044 to tell me my order for Broadband and phone line had been rejected. They wanted my name and telephone number for security, I said you must know my number as you have called me. I was offered a number to call back on but I just said thanks but no I am with Talktalk and do not have an order with Sky. Goodbye.

This is one of the office phone numbers at Enterprise Car Rental in High Wycombe. Different from their advertised number.

03/11/2017. Call received from Indian male ( sounded like call center in background! ) Then got the usual are you the householder and "I would just like a minuete of your time to answer some questions!"I Then told him not to ring again and hung up on the nuisance caller!

I have been called several times yesterday back to back from firstly a London number twice, then twice from private number and this one today. They all start by saying am I ****** when I ask who they are they mumble something then ask me if I own or rent my property. The person who called today was female and I could actually understand what she said, except for the initial mumble. The first two London calls where listed as suspected spam, however, some of calls in this category have been bona fide.

Capita recruitment calling to discuss a job I applied for.

I was very sick and I had my phone in do not disturb. I checked it later on in the evening and I had 11 missed calls from them!!!! No message left. I called back and i was diverted to answer phone. I wouldn t answer this call. It s very unprofessional to call that many times! If you call once leave a damn message and let the person get back to you!

My elderly mother had a call from this number today, lucky I was there and answered. They claimed to be from BT saying that as she has been a long term customer they were going to give her a reduced line rental for three months and free internet access, when I asked how do I know that it is BT, they hung up, called 1471 to get the number but when you phone the number a voice tell you the number is not used

Left a voicemail after I missed the call. It was regarding a complaint i had emailed to sainsburys. The woman who a Scottish accent let me know they are sending out a letter containing a voucher and apologising for any inconvenience etc caused. They call on a regular basis trying to say that I can claim on mis-sold insurance, loans and credit cards. I think there really a debt collection agency trying to confirm your identity and getting you to confirm old debts. TOTAL PARRASITES, DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM.
