SCAM Call centre. Numerous calls to say he (Foreign accent called “Oliver”) works for government to claim back fees overcharged. Demanded £130 for a Pay Sure (credit) card for me to pay tax man his cut! Refused to do it. Now saying charging for my cancellation!! I have not agreed to anything so told him “what to do!” and put phone down. They phoned straight back but I ignored it! (Total 6 phone calls in 7 days!!! ) SCAM

We, the public, the people who pay a phone company serious money every month only to be pestered , and for some actually stolen from , have got to learn how to do more , and I mean more , than just close the gate each time the horse bolts. The phone companies we pay our money to don't do nearly enough to deal with this filthy virus that is growing at a seriously dangerous rate. Said they were wanting information so they would tell me how much PPI I was owed. Wanted my borrowing history over 15 years. They asked me security questions but I kept saying I didn t know who there were and not happy to give out personal information. Conversation kept going in circles as they couldn t give me answers I wanted. Called me Mrs which has never been my status!
This number has range me 3 days on the trot, no voicemail left on any occasion which to me means that it s not important.
