I called this number and followed the exact same instructions that you would normally be asked only something didn't feel quite right about it. I called back the 03457 345 345 number which worked this this time and spoke to a gentleman on the Fraud team who advised me this was not one of their numbers and this was most definitely a fraud attempt. Got a phone call from this number saying it was a company called Sun, Sea and Sickness. They told me it was in regards to a package holiday I recently went on (I didn't). Odd, because the number came up as Crieff area code (the tiny town in Scotland that my parents are from - only reason I answered) but the girl speaking had a Liverpudlian accent and sounded like they were in a busy call centre
