Rang @ 12.55 today 5/06/20. I didn’t answer as I didn’t recognise the number. No message left so assume it was spam

I have TPS on my mobile but this number got through today. She said she was Julia from (didn t get company name) and I had recently been involved in a car accident. I said no I hadn t and to stop spamming me! Annoyed it got through as I am registered with TPS. Seems these scammers are getting cleverer!

We had one of these calls. Found their number - 0161 488 3888. Gave them a call and gave them a piece of my mind! Told them to remove my number immediately which they said they would. We will see!

got a missed call from this number and called it back. an American voice told me my call was very important but no one answered. I will not be calling back!!

I don’t know who this call was from, when I looked it up it shows as a fish and chip shop in Bolton?

third call today 9/2/16, finally spoke to someone who said they were from a company called DIRECT RECOVERY. when challenged about no of calls hung up instantly, very very annoying.

Called regarding a car accident. When I asked them who they were the man told me to f**k off. Number is unobtainable when you call back.

Its not just AO I just received a call from a young woman claiming to be from boots appliances, in the pretence of confirming delivery details etc. In fact her sole purpose was to sell insurance cover! She repeated every detail of my delivery, which I already know, told me they can remove my old appliance, which I already know etc etc etc then asked me why my old appliance was broken! All leading to the insurance pitch! These are badly scripted insurance sales calls! I am very disappointed that boots

NEVER call an unknown number back. If you do so, you may unknowingly be calling a Premium Rate or International number which will incur a very large charge on your bill.

Female caller, Indian accent, gave name something like Mindy, claimed to be from Talk Talk. Obviously long delays between exchanges, nothing like usual UK call quality.
