called and said router was having problems and would offer £200 as compensation. then when did the bank transfer they made a 'mistake' and transferred £2,000. as a gesture of goodwill they would only ask for £700 back. this was transferred by Moneygram (I know - caught my partner when unwell and not thinking straight). also took over my laptop and remotely accessed who knows what. SCAM. Talktalk will never call you. don't tell the scammers anything. Police and Talktalk aware.

I doubt that very much, also pet peeve but called me by my first name which suggests they have more information than I would care to give.I had to stop his spiel to ask him to remove my information which he couldn t do so I ve hung up. This is sales company, and despite telling them you're a TPS member they hound you! Shouting down the phone "HAVE YOU HAD A CAR ACCIDENT?!" First time they called the foreign agent was extremely rude, spoke over me all the time when I was pointin
