Just took one of these calls. After reading from a script about a survey, they were polite enough to ask "Are you ready for the first question?". I replied "No!". They hung up :)

I received an automated voice call from this number, telling me that they were from my Internet provider and my Internet services will be disconnected due to illegal use. They requested me to "press 1 to speak to an advisor" but I hung up. I then returned the call from my landline and received an automated reply telling me that nobody was available to take my call. Got a text from that number at 14:28 today stating: "Hey mum I've smashed my phone, please message me on this number 447706598765 urgently x I'm texting of a friends phone". I checked with my child and they said they never contacted me, therefore this must be a scam.
