Trustworthy the number is, however they are simply trying to sell you more cover etc which was very annoying as I presumed there was an issue at first with my order thus why I called it back while I was very busy.
This number is a phishing scam, if you receive calls or texts from it then ignore and block it. Report it to the authorities.

SCAM Caller said they were from Amazon and that I would have a high payment charged monthly (£79.99) unless cancelled and the caller was going to "help me" cancel my Amazon Prime subscription. After some arguing (as she tried to get me to stay on the line), I hung up and checked Amazon website going through their online chatbot. This number called me to say that my number has been used in a serious number of crimes and my national insurance number will be suspended if I don’t press 1 to talk to someone. This isn’t real as the police would ring me directly or turn up at my house, not use an automated voice message to tell me. I hung up instead of pressing 1.
Claiming to be from internet service provider, illegal activity on my service and the system will be cut of in 24-28 hours, press 1 to resolve the issue.

Yet another recorded message supposedly from Amazon about Amazon Prime. I have blocked number, I get these about one every other week or so

Serious and self confident fraudster who is pretending to sell IT devices, taking signficant sums of money and posting empty boxes !!! To be avoided and reported to the police.
SCAM - call regarding investment opportunities I had signed up for via a website. Except I have never given out my mobile number as it is only used as a emergency number for my elderly parents ( who don’t have internet connection) requested that the number is removed from their system. Let’s wait and see

Probably building to a scam, claimed to be BT a UK telephone provider investigating illegal activity on my internet, when I inquired as to who might be doing illegal things the caller suggested probably foreigners! The call was made at 7am in the morning to a private number, land line and one only known to family members.
