So careful with all personal information yet a direct debit for ?2.99 to Total Care & Support was set up and showed on latest statement. My bank said the company was Intouch Investments and gave me the telephone number, that is how I have found this website. Bank refunding money, but I would like to know how this has been able to take place. Bank representative I spoke to said mine was just one of many complaints regarding this company in the past few weeks.

A scam they say you have hearing problems. As you worked in a factory etc. they know ur name and when u say no I don t have hearing problems. They just hang up.
